Fruit Smoothie Popsicles



   One of our favorite and effortless recipes for a hot summer day or simply to indulge as dessert at any time of the year. The Summer Fruit Smoothie Popsicles recipe is as good as it gets. Creamy and rich flavor with the taste of the strawberry smoothie molded into a popsicle. Once you try this recipe, there is no way back to the store bought ones. We hope that this easy to make and money saving recipe will be the first on your mind when it comes to frozen desserts.

   The right amount of strawberries and milk blended together and then frozen into an ice pop molds. You can purchase these molds online or at the nearest grocery or home goods store. They are very inexpensive and in the long run, you will save some money by simply making this dessert at home. To remove the popsicles from the molds you may have to run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and then remove one popsicle at a time. The natural sweetener is optional in this recipe. All you need to do is to have a little patience until the ice pops become solid and are ready to indulge. It will only take a few hours, depending on your freezer temperature. Fruit Smoothie Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

1 cup organic whole Milk
2 cups frozen Strawberries
2 tbsp. liquid organic natural Sweetener (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Using a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
3. Freeze for a few hours until popsicles are solid.

*Note: To remove the popsicles from the molds you may have to run the mold under warm water for a few seconds and remove one popsicle at a time.
