DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 450 F. 2. Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch fries. 3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine all spices together with sunflower oil (including corn starch). Add potatoes and rub well with mixture. 4. Place potatoes in a single layer on the non-stick baking tray (not to have them touching each other). 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden crispy. Use your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
