Recipe Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

3 cups frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp honey (or adjust to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend the ingredients:
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen mango chunks, fresh lime juice, and honey.

2. Process until smooth:
Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. This may take 2–4 minutes depending on your machine. If needed, add 1–2 tbsp warm water to help the mixture blend.

3. Serve or freeze:
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture. For a firmer scoopable sorbet, transfer the mixture to a lidded container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping.

HELPFUL TIPS TO PERFECT THIS RECIPE

  • Use Ripe Mango for Best Flavor: If using fresh mango, cut and freeze it first. Ripe mangoes offer natural sweetness and rich tropical flavor.
  • Adjust Sweetness Naturally: Depending on your mango’s ripeness, adjust the honey to taste—or use agave or maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • Make It Extra Smooth: A high-powered blender will give you the silkiest sorbet. If needed, let the mango thaw 2–3 minutes before blending to ease the process.
