INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans (toasted)
