Crustless Cheddar Broccoli Pie
INGREDIENTS
2 Broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Chives, chopped
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In the mixing bowl whisk the eggs, add milk and cheese. Add flour with the spices and mix. Then add chopped broccoli and mix until all combined.
3. Place on a non-stick baking tray.
4. Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
