2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt

3. First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5. Second Rise: Cover and let the loaf rise for another 30-40 minutes until puffy. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375°F.

6. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

7. Brush & Serve: While warm, brush the top with melted butter. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
