Avocado Egg Power Salad




   This everyday salad calls for very basic ingredients which you can find in any fridge or pantry. The Avocado Egg Power Salad is going to become one of your most loved speedy dishes which you will always come back to and make it again and again. It will keep you full and satisfied for a very long time. This recipe includes such ingredients as avocado, hard boiled eggs and feta cheese with added finely chopped red onions, parsley and squeezed lemon juice. Mix in all of the ingredients with the spices and the olive oil and you are in for a great treat.

   This is such a universal recipe that we even had it for breakfast a few times. Yes, you heard it right. Quick to prepare and a wonderful, hearty dish that will make a great start to any day. But if you are not a fan of having this salad in the morning then it will be a great dish for lunch time or dinner as well. Just chop, slice, pour, mix and top. Simple as that. Avocado Egg Power Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 sliced Avocado
2 sliced hard boiled Eggs
1/3 cup crumbled Greek Feta Cheese
half of a medium finely chopped Red Onion
1/3 cup chopped Parsley
1 pinch Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Red Crushed Pepper
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients.
