Marry Me Dip is a warm, cheesy appetizer with sun-dried tomatoes and basil, perfect for scooping up with crostini.

Marry Me Dip is a warm, creamy appetizer loaded with melted cheese, savory sun-dried tomatoes, and a touch of Italian-inspired seasoning. It comes together quickly, then bakes until bubbly with a beautifully golden cheese finish.

The combination of cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes makes every scoop rich without needing a long ingredient list. A little garlic, oregano, and crushed red pepper add just enough flavor to balance all that creamy goodness. Fresh basil brightens everything right before serving.

Best of all, this baked dip is wonderfully easy to prepare ahead. Bring it to the table with toasted baguette slices or crackers for parties, game nights, or casual gatherings. It feels special enough for entertaining while still being simple enough to make whenever a warm, cheesy appetizer sounds especially good.

Helpful Tips to Perfect This Recipe

  • Drain the Sun-Dried Tomatoes Well: Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes give the best soft, savory bite. Drain off the excess oil so the finished dip stays creamy instead of greasy.
  • Use Low-Moisture Mozzarella: It melts smoothly and gives the dip a dependable bubbly cheese finish without adding excess moisture.
  • Make It Ahead: Assemble the dip up to one day ahead and refrigerate covered. Let it stand at room temperature while the oven preheats, then bake until hot and bubbly, adding a few extra minutes if needed.
