Minted Mimosa Punch brings bright citrus flavor, juicy berries, cooling mint, and sparkling bubbles together in one refreshing drink. This family-friendly brunch punch feels elegant enough for celebrations yet easy enough for relaxed weekends at home. Moreover, the fresh fruit and lively sparkle make it beautiful for spring gatherings, baby showers, summer parties, holidays, or brunch with family and friends.
Although traditional mimosas often include sparkling wine, this non-alcoholic version keeps the sunny citrus flavor everyone loves while welcoming guests of all ages. Meanwhile, adults can easily add prosecco to individual glasses if preferred.
Interestingly, mimosa-inspired drinks became popular because they capture the bright citrus flavor of brunch cocktails while serving a crowd more easily. As a result, punch-style versions quickly became favorites for entertaining. Thankfully, this version tastes refreshing, balanced, and festive without feeling overly sweet.

Recipe Yield: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
4 cups chilled orange juice
3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
1 cup chilled white grape juice
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh orange zest
2–3 Tbsp honey or simple syrup, to taste
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly bruised
2 cups chilled sparkling white grape juice, sparkling lemonade, or lemon-lime sparkling beverage
1 cup chilled lemon-lime sparkling water
2 cups ice, for serving
Extra mint sprigs, strawberries, and citrus slices for garnish
Optional for adults: chilled prosecco or sparkling wine, added to individual glasses
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the fruit:
Wash and slice the strawberries, orange, and lime. Lightly press the mint leaves between your hands to gently release their oils without tearing them too much.
2. Mix the citrus base:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, white grape juice, lemon juice, orange zest, and honey. Stir until fully blended and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Add fruit and chill:
Add the strawberries, orange slices, lime slices, and mint. Then refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to lightly infuse the flavors without overpowering the citrus.
4. Add sparkle:
Just before serving, slowly pour in the sparkling white grape juice, sparkling lemonade, or lemon-lime soda, along with the sparkling water. Then gently stir once or twice to combine while keeping the punch lively and bubbly.
5. Serve beautifully:
Add ice to serving glasses rather than the punch bowl to prevent dilution. Pour the punch over ice and garnish with extra mint, strawberries, or citrus slices. For an adult version, top individual glasses with a splash of chilled prosecco if desired.
Helpful Tips to Perfect This Recipe
- Chill everything before mixing: Cold juice and sparkling ingredients help the punch stay crisp and refreshing. As a result, you will need less ice and avoid watering down the flavor.
- Do not over-infuse the mint: Letting mint sit too long may create a grassy or bitter taste. Therefore, 20–30 minutes gives fresh flavor while keeping the citrus bright.
- Add bubbles right before serving: Sparkling drinks naturally lose fizz over time. Consequently, waiting until the last minute keeps your Minted Mimosa Punch festive, refreshing, and party-ready.
