Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
3 medium Granny Smith Apple
1/2 cup organic Cane Sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped Walnuts (optional)
1 pinch Sea Salt
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Vanilla
3 cups Oats
7 cups Water
DIRECTIONS
1. Peel, core, and cube apples.
2. In a medium skillet add apples and saute stirring constantly, for about 15 minutes.
3. Add cinnamon and saute for 5 more minutes.
4. In the meantime, in a medium pot combine water, oats, sea salt, sugar, vanilla and walnuts.
5. Bring it to a boil, add apples and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
